What I Ate Wednesday No.49

Breakfast
Oat So Simple porridge made with semi skimmed milk, topped with ground flax seed and a sliced banana.  Cup of Tea.




Lunch
An Irish potato cake (first time I had tried these and they were so tasty and very flling), topped with scrambled egg with plum tomatoes on the side.  Glass of water.



Dinner
Homemade sweet potato fries and a Quorn cheese and broccoli escalope.  Glass of water.
