What I Ate Wednesday No.29

Breakfast
Oat So Simple porridge with chopped banana with a dollop of Meridian 100% peanut butter in the middle.   With a cup of tea in my much loved Mini eggs mug.



Lunch
Mediterranean vegetable pastry (from  Tesco bakey section with red pepper & chilli Sunbites Pitta Bakes.  Small glass of Tropicana & glass of water.



Dinner
Cheese and mushroom pasta bake topped with breadcrumbs with a piece of garlic bread.  My partner made this and it tasted SO dam good.  Glass of water.
