What I Ate Wednesday No.25

Breakfast

Oat So Simple porridge topped with maple syrup with pecans.  With a jolly good cup of tea.



Lunch

Wholewheat seeded English muffin topped with sautéed mushrooms and scrambled eggs.  With a small glass of orange juice and a glass of water.




Dinner

2 egg omelette filled with cheddar cheese and mushrooms, served with oven baked potato wedges and tenderstem broccoli.  With a Glass of Robinsons orange squash.
