What I Ate Wednesday No.15

Breakfast:
Oat So Simple Original porridge sachet with maple syrup and crushed pecans
Breakfast Ingredients
Here is the combined result, washed down with a cuppa.

Lunch:
Spiced carrot & lentil soup (homemade in the slow cooker) in my Sistema bowl.


Dinner:
Vegetarian stew with far too many potatoes (had some to use up so decided to cook the lot) so could not eat it all.
Homemade Quorn and mixed vegetable stew
