What I Ate Wednesday No.7

Breakfast:  Graze orange and macadamia granola with a cup of tea.

Lunch: Pizza bagel, it's a toasted wholemeal bagel topped with tomato purée, strong cheddar cheese & a sprinkle of oregano melted under the grill. Drink = water.

Dinner: PIzza Express spinach and ricotta filled pasta with grated cheese (and a dose of tomato sauce!) with a piece of garlic bread. Again, with water. Such a quick & easy meal when in a rush.
