What I Ate Wednesday No.3

Breakfast: Porridge with mashed banana and a cup of tea.


Lunch:  During the morning I had a cereal bar and 2 flat peaches. Then at 12:30 I had a Subway veggie patty with cucumber, tomato and green pepper on honey oat bread with cheese and toasted.  There is no pic of lunch I am afraid, I as far too eager to eat it and forgot to take a pic!


Dinner: Potato wedges with homemade 4 bean Quorn chilli (it turned out a tad spicy for me!), topped with crushed tortilla chips and grated mature cheddar cheese.
